Your 6 Step Process to Buying Property

.

Select Real Estate Investment

  • Arrange a property viewing appointment with one of the company s experienced sales advisors and make your selection.
  • Sign a reservation agreement, which shows your commitment to buy the property, and put down a small deposit so that your selected unit is removed from the market and kept under your name until the contract is drafted and signed.

Sign Contract & Submit Documents to Local Authorities

  • Assign a Lawyer to assist with the due diligence of the property selected.
  • Sign the Property Sales Contract and pay the corresponding downpayment amount stated in the agreement.
  • After the funds are cleared in the company s account the Lawyer will have the contract stamped and registered by the Lands Registry Office to secure your ownership.

Reduce VAT Application if Applicable

The Lawyer will prepare an application for the reduced VAT rate of 5% where applicable.

Choose your Property's Finishes

In case the selected property is at its early stages of development you will be notified  at a certain time to make your selection of finishing materials and fittings through an appointment with the company’s architectural department.

Payments and Property Delivery

  • Stage payments to be followed as per the agreement until the delivery date of your unit as per the Property Sales Agreement.
  • You will be notified at a certain time to visit Cyprus and arrange a “Come for Delivery” appointment with the Customers Service Department of the company.
  • Any remaining amount should be paid prior to the appointment.
  • Keys if your properties are handed to you.
  • Electricity and Water connection on your name is arranged with the relevant Authorities.
