The Landscape

With a total land size of 1,717,521 m² and a total 205,000 m² of covered areas that could be built, Eagle Pine Golf Resort is situated on a magnificent terrain surrounded by steep ravines and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The resort will be only 4 minutes’ drive from the Paphos – Limassol highway in a very picturesque setting and landscape.

The Golf Course

Graham Marsh and Golf & Land Design were called in to design Eagle Pine’s Championship Golf Course, a stunning 18-hole layout back-dropped by breadth-taking mountains, huge ravines and the alluring waters of the Mediterranean Sea and beyond. The course’s design has been thoughtfully integrated into the environment with minimal impact on the area’s indigenous fauna and flora. Undulating fairways, challenging greens and strategic bunkers and hazards will make the course a challenging one.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse at Eagle Pine Golf Resort will include a themed restaurant, bar, VIP Room, luxury changing rooms and facilities, a fully equipped Pro Shop featuring high-end branded golfing apparel and accessories in a massive 9,500 m² of space. We have ensured that the clubhouse visitors will be able to enjoy their time while overlooking the golf course and the mesmerizing sea and landscape views.

The Hotel

The Boutique Hotel and Spa is the crown of the Eagle Pine Golf Resort. While encompassing the distinctive air of world-class 21 century destination, the hotel is a fusion of old-world with new-style, combining modern sophistication with authentic finishes. Decorated with local stone,  wooden and rustic copper finishes, the boutique hotel offers accommodation of uncompromising quality. Its luxury amenities include a wine-themed restaurant, roof garden with outdoor breakfast area, swimming pool, bar, and conference for events facilities.

The Retail Centre

The Eagle Pine Golf Resort Retail Centre is a stylish, contemporary shopping and lifestyle hub in an enclosed space and unique design which will cater for everyday necessities including some boutique shops. It will be conveniently located at the centre of the resort next to the hotel and near the clubhouse.
